Our clients think of us as a refreshing alternative to the traditional hotel meeting space. In 2012, we started our own catering company, Catering by Norris. Norris Training Systems, DBA Norris Conference Centers, Red Oak Ballroom have been serving the Texas meeting and events market since 1990. The company is currently majority held by a private equity firm with aggressive growth plans over the next 5 to 7 years. Additional responsibilities will include working with team members to ensure our services meet and exceed our clients' expectations. The President is responsible for presiding over the entire workforce and will manage budgets and make sure resources are allocated properly. This position is responsible for the overall success of the company. The President is tasked with providing strong leadership for the company by working with the board and other executives to establish short and long-term goals, budgets, plans, and strategies.
